We are chefs serving up seafood in towns and cities across the United States. Our menus and techniques vary and our kitchens and restaurants come in many sizes, big and small. But we all care about our customers, our businesses, and our planet.

Our customers increasingly ask us to offer more sustainable seafood options. To meet this demand, we must have a consistent supply of sustainably-caught fish—now and in the future. Fortunately, the United States has some of the best managed fisheries in the world. We are making it our business to ensure they stay that way.

Crafted in Portland, Oregon, by culinary experts from throughout the country, the Portland Pact for Sustainable Seafood calls for sustainably managed fisheries that support our businesses as well as the health of our oceans and the health of U.S. coastal economies.

We invite chefs throughout the country to join us. We are Chefs for Fish.
